Spare Car Key Programming
Cheaper than an emergency
A planned spare is routine work. An all-keys-lost call-out at 2am is not, and it's priced accordingly.
Booked at your convenience
Home, work or the school run — we come to the car rather than you losing half a day at a dealer.
Cloned or coded
Depending on the vehicle we either clone the existing key or code a fresh one to the immobiliser.
Tested before we leave
Doors, boot, ignition and remote all checked on both keys before we hand it over.

Things people ask before they call
How many keys should I have?
Two working keys, minimum. Most cars are sold with two for a reason — one lives on a hook at home.
Can you clone my existing key?
On many vehicles, yes, and it's quicker. On others the car needs to learn a genuinely new key. We'll tell you which yours is.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Yes — we need the vehicle and proof of ownership present, and you'll want to test the new key with us.
